In this document, "platform", "site", or "service" refers to the nnkk website and all services associated with it. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor who is using this platform.

By registering on nnkk, you declare that you are over 21 years of age and are legally eligible to use this service. If any user registers by providing a false age, their account will be cancelled immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

nnkk is firmly committed to the protection of minors. If there is reason to suspect that a minor is using the platform, nnkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account without verification.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

nnkk offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Likewise, if you deposit ৳14,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳24,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies to the bonus only — not to the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 — Bonus Usage Rules

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly from the account — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• nnkk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.

5.4 — Bonus Abuse

If a user creates multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, uses family members' accounts, or employs any other unfair means, nnkk reserves the right to cancel the relevant account and forfeit the bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nnkk platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary:

• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering using false or fraudulent information.
• Strategic misconduct or coordinated betting to exploit bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse / Collusion).
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting transactions in the name of or through a third party's account.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the flow of illegal funds.
• Attempting to find vulnerabilities in the platform's security or exploiting the system.

9.1 — nnkk's Authority

nnkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice. In particular, nnkk may take action in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms or participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Any regulatory or legal requirement.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (the definition of inactivity is at nnkk's discretion).

9.2 — User Rights

In the event of account closure, if there are legitimate funds in the balance and all verification processes have been completed, those funds will be returned to the user — however, this does not apply in cases of bonus abuse or fraud.

11.2 — Final Decision

Decisions made by nnkk's senior management will be considered final and binding. nnkk always endeavours to resolve disputes on the basis of fairness and transparency.
